Scuderia AlphaTauri has announced an extension to the partnership with Moose, Thailand’s premium apple craft cider & hot dog brand for the 2020 Formula 1 season.
2020 will see the advent of the first chain of craft hot dog restaurants, Moose Craft Hot Dog, graced with full patronage from Moose Craft Cider.
In 2019 Moose started their collaboration with the Italian squadra, where British-Thai driver Alexander Albon raced through the first half of the year. The Thai brand followed him as his personal sponsor since his switch to Red Bull Racing.
Moose is owned by Siam Winery, whose family owns the majority shares in Red Bull. The Yoovidhya family also had a major role in the phenomenal success of the iconic Red Bull energy drink, developing the formula, logo and packaging for Red Bull in Thailand and initiating its international role out.
“I’m extremely pleased to continue our cooperation with Moose after a successful first year together. We share the same ambitions and we will do our best to support them in achieving their goals, while working together to grow the popularity of F1 in South East Asia.”Franz Tost, Scuderia AlphaTauri Team Principal
“It is with pride that we announce the continuation of our partnership with Scuderia AlphaTauri, sharing this new chapter for the Moose brand alongside them in their prestigious history as an F1 team. We made good gains in the Cider market in Thailand last year and this partnership will continue to support our growth to ensure Moose Craft Cider is a leader in its field across Asia and also the establishment of the Moose Hot Dog business.”Khun Varit Yoovidhya, Assistant Managing Director of Siam Winery
