Renault F1 Team has confirmed the extension of its partnership with French theft protection service EURODATACAR for two additional seasons, 2020 and 2021, .
The French antitheft marking EURODATACAR joined the Formula 1 paddock after the buy-out of Lotus to Renault in 2016, being since represented in the rear wing of the cars.
EURODATACAR was previously partnered with rival carmaker Citroën in their WTCC gig, moving to Renault as the PSA-owned outfit withdrew from the touring car championship in 2016, winning the titles in three consecutive years.
“EURODATACAR has been a loyal partner from the start of the team’s new era in Formula 1. We are thus very happy to have them onboard for two additional seasons. With the support of EURODATACAR, we have made great strides over the past four years and we want to do greater things in the future.”Antoine Magnan, Renault F1 Team Commercial Director
“We are pleased to renew our commitment to Renault F1 Team in the Formula 1 World Championship. EURODATACAR is a well-known partner in automobile distribution networks and F1 is a great asset to promote our services, both to Renault dealerships and to a wider audience. It makes sense for EURODATACAR to continue this great adventure alongside the team.”Caroline Desgouillons, EURODATACAR Managing Director
